Room type-Cost:
Single room: €90 + accommodation tax €15/day/per room
Double room: €100 + accommodation tax €15/day/per room
Triple room*: €130 + accommodation tax €15/day/per room
*Note for the triple room: If the third person is under 8 years old, their stay is free of charge.
Parking is provided free of charge.
Participation – Registrations
Conference registration will be completed online. In addition, on-site registration will be available at the Conference Secretariat during the following days and times:
Friday (9/10/2026): 17:00 – 20:00
Saturday (10/10/2026): 09:00 – 12:00
Payment for in-person registrations at the Conference Secretariat will be made exclusively by cash or by transfer of the amount to the STAAE bank account via electronic bank transfer. Payment via POS/card terminal will not be available.

Online registrations and in-person registrations at the Conference Secretariat after the pre-registration period ends.

Non-members: 75€
Students: 20€

For the smooth operation of the Conference Secretariat and better service for attendees, pre-registration is available at reduced prices from the publication of this announcement until 15/09/2026.

Bank transfer fees are borne by the depositor. The amount deposited into the STAAE’s account for conference registration must be exact, as stated in this announcement.

Members are considered those registered in the STAAE – formerly STRAEPT – who have fulfilled their financial obligations for the year 2026.
Students are certified by presenting a valid student ID. Postgraduate students are not included in the undergraduate student registration policy, but fall under the policy for other professionals.

- Participation in the Conference sessions
- Conference bag and conference material
- Printed material
- Coffee during breaks
- Participation in the reception
- Certificate of attendance
- Participation in the clinical workshops
- Visit to the exhibition area
Important Information:
The Conference participation fee/registration fee is non-refundable.
Certificates of attendance:
Certificates of attendance will be issued electronically within 15 days after the end of the Conference.
Language:
The official language of the Conference is Greek. Lectures by foreign speakers will be delivered in English.
Exhibition:
An exhibition area will operate on all days of the Conference during the working hours of the event, featuring medical technology equipment and books.

Clinical workshops:
Participation in the clinical workshops, which will be posted on the Conference website https://www.otae.gr, is free of charge for registered conference participants.
An electronic declaration of participation in clinical workshops is required and must be sent to: [email protected] (further updates will follow regarding the number and subject of the clinical workshops). Places are limited and will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.
